We know one of the biggest issues human resource departments and line managers face, is the visibility of employee skills. It’s not easy, you have lots of staff, with lots of experience, but… most of them are hidden.  Not anymore though. You can view detailed skills information for any employees that have created a Skillsminer profile.

We recently released our validation tools which allows individuals to quickly identify expertise levels in skills, which helps address the issues of self-verified skills. We have now deployed a feature that allows line managers to evaluate the skills of their workforce. Furthermore, you can also request employees to validate their skills.
